Digital Camera Raw Compatibility Update v3.1
Soeben hat Apple das Digital Camera Raw Compatibility Update in Version 3.1 veröffentlicht. Das Update stellt Unterstützung für einige weitere Digitalkameras her, das die RAW-Bildkompatibilität für Aperture 3 und iPhoto ’09 für einige Kameras unterstützt. Für die Installtion wird Mac OS X 10.5.8 oder 10.6.2 vorausgesetzt. Als Download ist das Update knapp 7,2 MB groß. Die Aktualisierung erfolgt entweder über die Softwareaktualisierung oder über das verlinkte Support-Dokument. Apple empfiehlt allen Benutzern von Aperture 3 und iPhoto ‘09 dieses Update. Folgende Kameras werden ab sofort unterstützt:

- Leica M9
- Leica X1
- Olympus E-P1
- Olympus E-P2
- Panasonic Lumix DMC-GF1
- Pentax K-7
- Pentax K-x
- Sony Alpha DSLR-A500
- Sony Alpha DSLR-A550
- Sony Alpha DSLR-A850
